Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery or before driving 250 miles after delivery, whichever comes first. The delivery date counts as Day 0. To request a return, email us within this period.
Easy Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us by 5 PM PDT on the 14th day after receiving your item. The day you receive your item is considered Day 0.
Return Eligibility
We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified from their original condition. Items used as collateral for a loan (encumbered items) are also ineligible for return.
